ManCo consist of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO),Head of Operations, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Human Resources Director, Director: Business Development and Special Projects. Their basic responsibility is to determine the strategy and policy and coordinate the overall responsibility of the departments and divisions in JIC.
