Both JIC Mining Services (JIC) and JIC Engineering Services (Pty) Ltd (JIC Engineering) are within the JIC stable. Originally Engineering was a division of JIC, but in 2007 JIC Engineering Services (Pty) Ltd became a wholly owned subsidiary of Westdawn Investments (Pty) Ltd, trading as JIC Mining Services (JIC).
